The table decorations are cheap and thoughtless. The service was poor! The staff was heartless. If I could take my star back I would!! I have never post a bad review before, but this one I could not let go! Parents do NOT book a party with this place! We had a terrible experience. No clean up, reasonably priced extra pizzas, and easy planning The party went so smoothly, I was able to enjoy jumping with my son, talking with other parents/family that had come, and not worry about a thing! I would absolutely recommend having a party here, especially if you really just want to have everything taken care of and just enjoy your child’s birthday with them. We brought our decorations the night before at about 10pm and the table area still looked amazing the day of! I showed up a little early the day of the party, unsure of what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Our party attendant had done an amazing job putting out our plates and decorations for my sons party! She introduced herself and had everything planned out, as well as checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. I received an email confirmation regarding our reservation, as well as a follow up confirmation phone call two days before the party. The booking process was a little difficult (with a promo code), but once that was taken care of, everything went smoothly. We have been here to jump during homeschool hours a few times and loved it, so we booked a party. You guys will definitely be seeing us again, this place is beyond awesome and yes im a little bummed i cant jump with my daughter but rules are rules and i dont want jeopardize someones job. Thank you to the employee and manager for being so calm and friendly.
Again he was absolutely awesome about the situation! He apologized to me multiple times in regards of the situation. He then told me that he would allow me to finish my jumping session with her to which i told him no because I completely understood why he didnt want me to jump with her. He then told me some of the guidelines and as to why they are put in place.
He told me that he was watching me and seen i wasnt doing much of anything just sort of bouncing, but he was still nervous for the well being of my child because even though i was being responsible with her, someone could run and bump into us and her get hurt and stated he didnt want anything to happen to her. The manager is awesome! He was so sweet and took the time to talk to me and explain things without getting upset. As i was jumping one of the workers came up to me and told me i was not allowed to jump with her to which i replied i have asked everytime i came if i was allowed on the trampoline with her, he was extremely understanding and then told me it was ok and would allow me to keep jumping with her Now looking back i was a little upset at first but now i wish I didn’t respond with that, he was so nice and because i said ive been allowed with her before i could have cost him his job, especially when he knew one of the rules they have in place is no jumping with children(which i wasnt aware until he told me) i kindly asked if i could speak to them manager.
Well, yesterday i went with my son and daughter and their father, also went with my dad and his significant other and her grandchild. Moving forward, everytime i went i made sure to ask if it was still ok to jump with her and was told yes. They have the kindest staff and manager ever!* kind of a long story but would love to share my experience*I have a 2 1/2 yr old and 7 month old, before we got our membership i made sure to ask if i was allowed to jump with my 7 month old daughter(i wouldnt even call it jumping, i would barely bounce with her) anyways i was told yes that i could jump with her, which i thought was awesome because we could all jump as a family.
